#1 Shredded and Screened Topsoil
This is high-quality topsoil that is thoroughly screened to break up clumps and make it is easy to lay down and work with. This product is also stored in our shed to ensure it always remains dry. This product is highly recommended for use on your lawn areas, gardens, or when planting shrubs and trees. It's also a great idea for raising your soil level along your home's foundation.
#2 Shredded and Screened Topsoil
This product is a step down from our #1 screened topsoil because this material will still contain small clumps throughout after coming off our screener. It's not a recommended product for anyone intending to spread it by hand. Its primary use would be for landscapers who have the necessary machinery to work with the soil or for use as a backfill material.
Rough Topsoil
This topsoil is taken directly from the ground, so it may contain large clumps or even rocks. It is strictly recommended for use as a backfill material or for individuals and landscapers with the necessary equipment.
Garden Soil Mix
Our special garden mix is a combination of compost, washed sand and topsoil, making it perfect for raised beds and your typical family gardens.
Clay
This soil product contains a heavy concentration of clay particles. Because of the high clay content, clay soil has distinctive properties that can make it a bit more challenging to work with. However, this material is relatively impermeable to water, so it can be used in any instance where a natural seal is needed, including in the base of a berm or along the foundation of your home.
